Due to the highly customized nature of our products, all orders are final and cannot be canceled.

Please note that full payments must be received prior to shipping carpets from our overseas plant. We kindly ask that clients alert us immediately of any errors, questions, or concerns upon receiving their L&M invoice. We consider a customer’s deposit an acceptance of the invoice terms and conditions; therefore, all deposits are non-refundable. 

L&M’s liability is limited to the quality of the carpet sold to the invoiced customer. L&M is not responsible for any installation issues not performed by a licensed L&M installer. Due to the nature of handmade carpets, size, weaves, colors and lead times may vary. Please note that mis-weaves, snags, pulls, and knots are a natural part of a handmade carpet, and depending on the size of the rug, a +/- 3” size variance is possible. Customers are instructed to alert L&M of any floor vents or architectural structures that could cause an issue if the rug arrives larger than the size ordered. Customers are responsible for the size they order from L&M.
